Manage all  operational processes around data creation, costing and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and ordering. 
From article briefing till ordering of wines & consumables.  Allowing the winery to plan/execute the winery operations based on reliable data and correct provision of consumables (bottles, wine, labels, caps, …).   
Allowing the winery to serve our B2B customers with the correct product at the correct pricing and product information.

  • In close collaboration with the Planning Manager & based on a clear production planning a clear Requirement planning is generated in SAP. The correctness of this planning depends on the correctness of our Material Data & Inventory.   
  • Based on a clear article briefing, create and maintain correct material Masterdata including all cost- & spec impacting components. Allowing operations/production to work based on accurate material information (Build of Material(BOM)/ ean, …).Assuring correct Financial Costing / P&L performance  and packaging tax declaration. 
  • In close collaboration with management & NFR,  the tariffs need to be managed and applied in an accurate way. Meaning that suppliers need to communicate their tariffs & conditions  in correct way and the validation/application process need to be performed in compliance with NFR & audit requirements. 
  • Based on a thorough analyse review and optimize all processes around transactions & masterdata.

Je profiel

  • Graduate or professional Bachelor degree  or equal through experience 
  • 1-3 years in the production/distribution sector (Supply Chain/Purchasing/Customer service/Logistics)
  • Trilingue (NL/FR/EN)
  • Experience with transactional & masterdata SAP processes  
  • Well structured & organized 
  • Eye for detail   
  • Rootcause & Solution  oriented
