Vos responsabilités

As Project Manager in our Supply Chain department you will develop, manage and implement cross-departmental projects as lead of a track within a larger program, or develop, write, manage and implement smaller projects that do not fall within the scope of the program with an impact on the end-to-end Supply Chain. Our goal is anticipating future needs and challenges of customers and sales channels. In this particular position you will focus on Product Information and Lifecycle Management.

  • Develop cross-department projects, write the business case and planning, in order to ensure the feasibility of the projects and identify their necessary framework and resources.
  • Start-up, follow-up and steering of the projects, according to well-defined project management methodologies and tools, in order to realize the projects within the agreed time, budget and objectives. Taking ownership of projects from start-up through transfer to process mode and daily business, in order to ensure that the new processes and/or concepts are implemented and used flawlessly at the end of the project.
  • Efficiently manage, follow up and report the budget allocated to the project or program track in order to ensure a cost-effective operation and to avoid slippages.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and develop a reporting system, in order to be able to measure and monitor the progress and follow up the projects according to the established standards.
  • Functionally coordinate and coach a project team and project coordinators, in order to ensure that the team is deployable (quantitatively and qualitatively), as well as willing and able to achieve the set project objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of the projects, in order to ensure optimal collaboration and effective embedding of the changes in processes.

Votre profil

  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience within retail, logistics and/or supply chain preferrably within product information management.
  • Highly proficient trilingual (FR, NL, ENG) with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Change management skills and an ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Prioritization and time management.
